Yes. The platform is accessible from desktop, tablet and smartphone via browser, with no installation required.
Yes, you can log in from PC and smartphone.
However, simultaneous access from multiple devices or different locations may trigger a temporary security block (24 hours).

In most cases, the match isn’t missing — the competition is simply not selected in your filters.
From the main menu, you can choose the competition level:

- medium importance
- minor
By selecting all of them, you’ll see all matches processed for the day.

You can activate or deactivate individual channels based on your preferences.

Bots can be muted or disabled at any time, with no limitations.
This usually happens for one of these reasons:
- the Bot trial period (72 hours) has ended
- your Telegram username is not linked to your profile yet
- you’re using a different Telegram account than the one registered

At the moment, the service includes a single subscription that covers both the platform and all Telegram channels.

Each PRO account can be linked to only one Telegram username.
You can change your username independently by following our guide.

Betting Experience bots are designed as general-purpose tools, built on predefined statistical logics that are tested, monitored and maintained over time.
We do not develop custom bots because managing individual parameters (such as thresholds, minutes, odds or specific combinations) would require dedicated monitoring and ongoing maintenance, increasing responsibility in a way that would not be sustainable or fair to the end user.
Our goal is to provide reliable, transparent tools that work the same way for everyone, avoiding custom solutions that would be harder to validate and maintain over time.

You can check your PRO expiration date in two ways:
From the platform:
By logging in at https://betexp.app and opening your personal profile from the top-right menu.
From Telegram:
Through our official bot: https://t.me/BetExpBot
From the Italian menu, select “Your account – Renew” and the bot will show your expiration date.
The bot will also notify you automatically once per day when there are 5 days left before expiration.

Every decision must be fully conscious, which is why we never use automatic renewals.
When it expires, PRO access ends.
You’re free to decide whether to renew or not.
